For people contemplating if to do Del P for Icon Swaps.
General consensus on Alex is that:
Baby is best for striker
Prime is better at CAM
Mid is better at CAM than baby, but worse than Prime at CAM
Most have the belief mid isn't a good striker. The truth is most people are going on the word of streamers, and the ONGOING belief from previous games. But fifa 20 is not Fifa 19.
The truth is mid works well as a striker. It all depends on, like everything in the game, your OWN playstyle.
Mid at Striker with a hunter works
Baby at striker is usually used with hunter. He'll have 98 acceleration and sprint, 90 positioning, 95 finishing, 94 shot power, 83 short passing, 86 agility, 90 ball control and 91 dribbling.
If the last 3 are over 85 then it evens out a lower balance to an extent so not a consideration for either card.
Mid with hunter has 96 accel and 95 sprint, 94 positioning, 98 finishing, 95 shot power, 84 short passing, 87 agility, 94 ball control and 94 dribbling.
You basically only lose out 2 acceleration and 3 sprint speed, and gain more in other stats using a hunter and playing him at striker
One of the main reasons people tend to say he's better at CAM is because of his workrate. After testing all 3 versions of Del P I can say that his workrate for the mid version is irrelevant in THIS YEAR'S game and plays fine as Striker.
The only version the workrate is very noticeable is the Prime.
So if you're contemplating doing him for swaps as a cam OR a striker, feel free to do him. Don't worry about people rehashing what they've heard or the 'theory' behind a card that was formulated in a previous year. Every year is different and stats play different.
FINESSE - Everything is top bins. Forget the angle.

He is just a game changer guys! I have never made Elite probably also bc i was playing the game "wrong" since i was always trying to score score score and therefore conceded a far too many goals from time to time. However my big was to once get Elite and i made it with ADP. He scored 42 goals on 30 matched and assisted 15 as ST with Hunter. His finess shots are out of this world and his 5*WF is an absolut weapon. Whenever this guys had the ball 10/15 yards from the goal you just shoot and 99.9% of the time you can already start running towards the crowd.
I used im with Hunter since I played him in 4/2/3/1 as the only Striker - Madness
Pace is way above average, we will not outrun opponents like Mbappe but he will always be that one step ahead of them

Alessandro Del Piero is a must have card on your team. He does everything except for defence and physical,and also his stats are incredible and he has 5*star week foot which is meta in the game. When i saw this card on icon swaps it was like christmas. and he is not that expensive, he is a finese god and his pace is fake it's 88+.You dont feel the 73 balance at all and i suggest you to put catalyst, i played him as a CAM/ST in a 4-1-2-1-2(2) in-game. And this is his mid imagine his moments.
