Unless you are absolutely certain that a player can rise much higher, sell within the first 5 minutes after the update. People who couldn't get in on the investment are still trying to jump on the train. You remember the flop that was Opara? People sold him for 100k+ at first until his price plummeted and never even came close to his previous PR of 75k. They still made a huge profit. Because while a lot will flood the market, most wait a bit to see which price they can sell for or are listing to high right away. People listing at a moderate profit early are sparse and this is the way to go.
