I'm thinking about either using him on the CB or CDM position, considering you tried him in the same formation I play who did you switch to the RB position when you played him at CB or did you start at 7 chem?

I used Acuña at 7 as he already fast and has link with Kounde. I would say you can use the RB/LB you want, but if you can, someone that is fast and doesn’t need too much pace
