Soooo... When i saw this card, i was like "great!" but then when i saw the objectives..... But i decided to do it and was done in a couple hours since 15 wins in friendlies over 40 days is not going to be hard for you all.
PACE-93
Pace overloaded! With this pace, no winger is spamming sprint and running past you, i guarantee it
DRIBBLING- 84
ik Scream Mukiele has more, but trust me, with his agility and balance, he feels much better on the ball than mukiele or Walker
DEFENDING- 82
It may not seem like much, but then again, Full-Backs with 90+ pace have low defending, and so this is definitely a plus.
PHYSICALITY-74
Yes, im not gonna lie, this is a problem. His strength makes it impossible to throw an attacker aside, stamina is good though
only reason i got him is becuase the card design, i have used walker for 80 games and loved him but this card i think is better then walker. the difference is his dribbling and short passing. Bellerin is way more smooth to play with than walker. The challanges to get this card aren'tt to hard but it takes time. 15 Wins won't be hard if you just focus while playing and the other challanges getts finished along the way. Only thing that might scare you off from getting him is the work rates as he is a HI/LO but for me he has held his position very well in the 4-4-1-1 with stay back.
He does not cost you anything either execpt time and freeing up 80k (at the time of writing) by selling walker i think it's worth it.
Hi this is my first ever review on a player. Manage to get him after 4 hours after the card came out. He is rapid, agile and an well rounded overall right back. I would say that he is as good as nelson but you must put the tactics stay back while attacking in order for him to be in position. He sometimes are caught off position due to his work rate, but due to his rapid speed, he manage to get back into position and even chase down the attacker running towards your goal. I personally use an anchor chemistry style to boost his defense.
When I saw this card I was immediately grinding to unlock it. After unlocking it after like 16 games I thought I'd swap him with Walker and try him out in my squad. I can honestly say that even though I think he is word the grind, he isn't better than Walker. He feels like a little bit like an upgraded version of Nelson Semedo, good but for me playing in division 2 not good enough.
Attacking wise he's and upgrade compared to Walker. Quick on his feet, very agile and high attacking workrates. He has a decent pass, and his crosses are pretty good for me too. You can rush the flank and cause all kinds of trouble for your opponents defends with this pacemonster. If it's your style of play to let your left and right back join the attack, I can assure you he is a win.
I set my backs to stay behind during attack, to prevent the opponent from getting to me on the counter with pacey players. In that case I would definitely not recommend Bellerin. Sure he is quick, so you wont get easily outsprinted bij a player like Mané, but his physical stats will cause him to not be able to push an opponent of the ball. Tackling and slidings are decent, but it still seems like his strenght is a con in these kind of situations. Opponents immediately push him away from the ball after being tackled, causing you to still having to win it back. That is only happens when Bellerin is even in the right position. I've had it happen that he was out of position and wandering somewhere on the midfield, giving my opponent's LW lots of space towards the goal. It feels a little bit like having an attacker on your rightback position. Sure he is decent at defending, but not good enough in my opinion.
Overall a decent player. He is wordt the grind and up there with the better rightbacks in the game (icons not included). But in the end I'd say 70k for Kyle Walker is a way better deal.
A lot of people are wondering, is Hector Bellerin worth the grind? He's from the Prem, Spanish, and an RB. I don't think he is. There is a lot of beast RB's in the prem like walker or even semedo. As for Spanish, there are not as many. Overall he is a solid RB but nothing special.
Pace: Very Speedy. He's the best option if you put your full-backs on Join The Attack
Dribbling: Feels agile on the ball and balance is good
Defending: He does a good job picking the ball and keeping up with attackers like Neymar
Passing: Passing seems very weak and often goes to the opponent's feet
Physicality: He seems like a twig and doesn't stand a chance against big players like Lewandowski
Shooting: NA
He really is a grind and I'd rather just buy Walker or Semedo
To be honest, I did this card only because there is nothing to do in FIFA when WL is over. But Bellerin is actually very solid. I've tried Semedo, Walker and Atal this year. Walker has been best for me, but Bellerin is surely better than Semedo and I would say that he is also slightly better than Atal. I put an anchor on him and his speed is superb. He feels like the fastest full-back I had this year. His defending is very good and his speed helps him a lot in every 1 on 1. I was a bit afraid of his strength and yes, he is not as strong as Walker, but I didn't have any problems with him being pushed away by every attacker. His passing is good enough, the only issue might be his 2* WF cause you have to get used to it. And now to the major question I had when I completed him. Are his work-rates problem? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I put "stay back" instruction on him and he stays at back and only rushes forward when I control him. The work-rates don't make any sense to me. His defensive behaviour is same as Atal's (who has High-Medium) and same as Walker's (who has high-high) but for example Semedo (who also has high-high) was always staying upfront.
So, if you are considering doing him and you are tired of the meta players, don't be afraid to use him. He is great.

Costs nothing but time doing the objectives that are not hard
Yeah I know you cant get him anymore, but i just need to share how great he is.
He played everywhere for me. As a CDM, CB, Rb, RWB, RM and he never dissapointed me.
Even better, he surprised me everytime. I mostly play him as a wide CB in a 3-5-2 and he is SOOO good. Amazing . Sometimes better than Varane because of his agility.
Hes OBV. great as a rb in a 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 but since a while i play him as my RB in hte 3-5-2 and this baby is amazing. He assists, he dribbles great, he comes back to help out the defense and
this BEAST even scores goals.
I was stunned jow many goals he scored. And i dodnt even want to shot with him because of his 56 shooting. But that stat is just BS man he scored more than RTTF Portu.
Im amazed. And also has great links.
Just a great card.

DEFENDING put an anchor on this beast and he can play ANY defensive position
Hey people. I completed Hector Bellerin because I was tired of using nelson semedo and wan bissaka (I had walker later on but this was prior to getting his card.) I was a bit skeptical about this card at the start, but after a few rivals games...WOW. He is a different RB; he has a low defending W/R, but that can be solved by telling him to stay back while attacking. Depending on what kid of RB you want, you should either use anchor (for a fast and reliable RB) or sentinel (for an absolute TRUCK of a RB or a solid CB)
quick (no matter what chem style)
nice dribbling
everything defensively
passing is meh (not a problem for me)
2 star W/F (I don't even need his left tbh)
Skills are not very good (I don't use him to take people on so doesn't matter personally)
Great Card, He is rapid, can dribble well, pass well and defend well. His strength can be a liability at times making it hard to push attackers of the ball. He must be used to stay back while attacking because of his work rates. I prefer him over semedo and feel like he is on par with Kyle Walker, I like Kyle Walker a bit more but since Bellerín is free he is better for value.
The work rates murder the card, it's too noticeable, in my opinion he's too squishy, have Semedo untradeable and he's way better than Bellerin. It's worth getting only if you're collecting them, or shit maybe put it into a sbc I don't know. I got it and I'm probably gonna forget about him, because like I said, I got Semedo untradeable and even if there's some objective with first owned premier league I'm gonna use him over Bellerin. Gave him a 5 star game changer, negatively. Keep in mind that I didn't have any unfortunate events happen to me that could influence my opinion on the card, so trust.
