Put a Vardy in your Party

I'm a pretty overall player (normally around DIV 6- DIV 5 in rivals) but this dude is a pretty beast for me.

I packed his gold card at the beginning of the game, and it seduced me; 1160g, 350+a, in 750+ games, so I really knew he was going to be my striker this game. Absolutely beastly records. This last weeks I was farming to get his IF (really waiting for a possible SIF) and this card broke my thoughts so I knew (even if it was expensive) I WANTED HIM. He didn't dissapointed me:

17 matches: 58 goals and 36 assists.

If you like fast-builds, counterattacks and don't "waste time" having all the possesion, this vardy is your guy. Put behind him some great passers (salah,mane, FIRMINO on my team), set him as "stay on center" & "cut behind" and just enjoy, he'll find himself 1v1... guaranteed goal. He only needs a through ball and juice. If you like posession, just ignore, there are other strikers better than Vardy.

this guy, (Gold, IF, Recordman) has only 1 job: Run a counter and score it. If you give him a proper setup, He'll be madness.

PACE: a beast. 90 native pace. He has what he need to do his job: run and score. Give him a through and enjoy.

SHOOT: even with 3* WF he scores more with his weak that what it might appear. Stay 1v1 after a run and he'll end it on the net.

PASSING: he doesn't need to have a great passing. He jist have enough to an openner to the wing (and start a run), or play with his CAM and start a run.

DRIBBLIN: Like the passing, Vardy just need (with his 3* skill) the few basic skills (bicycle and all those) to say goodbye to his last defender. then is just run run run...

DEFENDING: he helps on the pressing, to annoy the rivals, but up till now I didn't exhausted him doing that.

PHYSICALITY: Vardy holds pretty well the entire match (hawk can help this further) een if you only go full sprint on his through balls.

PRICE: pretty expensive. 650k on release, 550-600 as of today is quite an amount of money. Just go to him if you like him that much.

OTHER VERSIONS: this vardy is a great update from his gold card, and a good update for his IF, in fact this is what his SIF should get. Knowing Leicester games, Vardy carries the team so it's high chances that he'll get a SIF who might ouclass this version. as I said on my review, I was waiting for his SIF since I know he's going to get one, while sticking on my gold version.

GO GET THIS VERSION if you really want the card design, if not, if you own IF Vardy, just hold it, he eventually will get a SIF and the price of this card will fall, since both SIF-Recordman will have similar stats.

I packed him in an untradeable Division Rivals pack and honestly, I wasn't very excited as I'm not a fan of 3*3* players. However, as it was then worth more than 80k I decided to give it a try.
