Goretzka is a very well rounded card that can be used in centre midfield or at centre defensive midfield with a partner. His combination of good stats makes him a good, complete centre mid that would complement any team he goes into.

Strength- Like many players at Bayern Munich Goretzka is a big lad, and this is shown in the game. He bodies players like it is nothing and this a great asset when trying to win the ball back in the middle of the park, or even helping out with defending in and around the box.

Passing- Another pro for Goretzka is his passing skills and range of passing. He is able to link the play well and turn defence into attack quickly with his passing and that is a key skill for any midfielder on the game to have. When using him in weekend league his through balls to Neymar are sublime, and he has registered 18 assists in 45 games from cdm which shows his ability in the passing department.

Dribbling- Surprisingly, Goretzka is relatively good on the ball and does well when right analogue stick dribbling. He is able to keep the ball at his feet and rarely loses possession of the ball. Whether this has something to do with his strength and being able to hold players off i do not know, however for me his dribbling is good.

Links- Links with the likes of Reus, Alaba, Davies, Lewandowski and other good players on the game, so it is easy to build a team around him.

Tackling- His ability to tackle and win the ball back goes under the radar but he is excellent at putting a foot in and winning the ball and provides perfect cover for the defence.

Shooting- His shooting and finishing is not the best however it does not really affect the overall card as he is not required to shoot and finish very often.

Pace- Not the fastest, however again can be fixed with a chemistry style and is rarely exploited during the game.
