Player Review
88 - Rare
So here we go. You're probably looking at Harry Kane's card right now and thinking "P. U.! This guy stinks!" Well hold your horses their honcho. This card is VERY good. I used him in the two squads linked. They started in the 433 for chemistry and switched to a 41212 with Gareth Bale as his partner in crime up top for that extra pace. His runs are immaculate. You need your him to make a wide run so your cam can play the pass then take the space he vacated? Done. You don't even have to ask him to do it with the directed runs input. Hold up play? You betcha. Playing the ball into Harry Kane's feet and laying it off to another faster ST or a midfielder making a late run is an ease. In front of goal? Do not even get me started. This guy is LETHAL. He is going to finish everything! Top of the box finesse shots seem to have some extra venom in them compared to other players I have tried.
"With all this being said sir, what could possibly be wrong with this card?" Well, I will tell you. This card is NOT great on ball. That is not to say he is going to be incompetent, but if you like to skill with the likes of Zaha, Ribery, or Saint-Maximin, you might not like this card. For comparison, Bale and Harry Kane feel VERY similar to me. Of course Harry has the engine chem style and that probably helps significantly with dribbling or pace issues. All in all I REALLY recommend picking up this Harry Kane card just to try something different from your tiny agile STs.
- Shooting from everywhere
- Physical/Strength
- Passing
- Great Presence on corners and goal kicks
- Dribbling if you can literally only skill to create
- Pace (again only if you can only create with through balls. This guy is brilliant in build up play)
