Very solid

So I packed this Mid 88 Koeman from my Base or Mid Icon pack. Initially I was bit disappointed when it struck me that I hadn't got Gullit after the dutch flag popped up. But then the first thing that I saw were his incredible well rounded stats. 86 shooting on a CB was very odd and so I decided he would work better as a CDM in-game.

After my first weekend league with him I realised what a wonderful card he actually was. He was aggressive but didn't give away many fouls and won the ball 90% of the time in 1v1s his long passing was sensational and he could pick out a winger or strikers "get in behind" run from almost anywhere. His free kick and penalties are incredible and his long shots also go in when you time it right.

I have him in an in-game 4-2-2-2 at RCDM, instructions: Balance Defense, Stay back while attacking (although he does occasionally come up), Aggressive interceptions and Cover center. I use him with a shadow mainly for a pace boost. But even without it he feels quick.

He’s pretty decent

So, I bought this card hoping for him to be my cdm and I can say he delivered. He can control the game and make passes like no other. He is also good defensively and an amazing shooter. Pace is a minor issue but if used correctly, it shouldn’t matter.
