Yes. He is a beast in 3-5-2

He is lacking a bit in terms of pace if compared to Hakimi, but give him shadow and that should be good enough to turn him into a beast in 3-5-2 formation.

Great defense, great pace with shadow, absolute beast.
High defensive work rate. He will always come back to defend even if your player instruction is normal defense

If you play in very direct match, where your opponent attack very fast and then you counterattack very fast as well, you will see that Gosen will be out of stamina in 60-70 min because he goes up and down a lot. So you would need to substitute him out.
3 star skill move meaning there will be plenty of skill you will not be able to do compared to your usual winger.
