Not too much to say really. Desailly is honestly the best CB I have used and for the price I expect nothing else. He is extremely strong and makes very solid tackles and never really has the tackle animations where he looses the ball mid tackle which is extremely useful. Despite his 6'1 height he still is very good in the air and can challenge for corners very well and his pace feels very quick. His passing is fine although he won't pull of any incredible through balls but the passes through the middle to the cm cam and cdm he can do just fine with good accuracy he feels fine on the ball despite his low agility and the composure is very noticeable when under pressure at the back and he can deal with that well. His positioning is class, never really noticed him on the field and i see that as a positive as he never puts a foot wrong.

The wall, DESAILLY

It was 7 o'clock in the evening and I opened a pack, an icon, France, cb, DESAILLY. I could not believe it.First ever icon I packed.I placed him in my squad, he fitted perfectly. I do have a very unbalanced team now, but how cares?I played my first matches with Desailly, and i LOVED it. He just gets balls like no one does. And his blocks are just perfect.
