Hello everyone, hope you're all staying well and safe during these testing times. Alright, so, I got this Lukaku from the 10 wins objective in WL last week. Only now have I had the chance to use him. I managed to fit him in my team with the help of rulebreakers Nainggolan, which is a really useful link if you can get it.

Lukaku is like no one I've ever used before. I use him with a Hawk chemistry style which boosts his pace, shooting and strength too. The hawk makes him much better in the air, and that is his main strength - hold in LT (or L2) as the ball is coming to him on a goal kick, and win the ball - you actually can't move him. As the title says, he's a unique card, and let's get into some pros and cons.

All I can say in summary is this - you're probably going to need to change your play style to get the most out of this card.

Strength is ridiculous - hold LT and he isn't going to lose the ball to anyone.

Shooting on the left foot is absolutely absurd - shoot in the box and it's probably going in the net. He's one of few players I've used that is able to smash a shot so hard the goalkeeper doesn't even move - really satisfying imo.

Pace isn't too bad at all - in a straight line, he is surprisingly fast.

Short passing is good enough - on both feet as well, thanks to the 4* WF

Shooting on the right foot is good; not as consistent as the left, but still very good.

Somehow, in one of my games, scored a chip from 35 yards against van der Sar facing the wrong way - if you're the person I played against, then I can really only apologise (search into YouTube 'Lukaku scores outrageous chip FIFA 21' and hopefully it'll come up.

Cheap as well - 120k isn't a lot for a striker that more than does the job.

No issues with stamina in 90 mins (haven't tried 120 yet though)

Acceleration is quite poor - but you can't expect it from a man who, as West Brom fans say, is bigger than a fridge.

Agility is not the best, but did actually surprise me. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, so put an artist or finisher on him and he could become quite agile (don't expect Mbappe though).

Can also go missing in some games if he's not getting involved, so has been subbed a few times.

If I would have to label one card as a complete striker, it would be Summer Stars Lukaku. I acquired this card and used him to complete the weekend league and he's been terrific! All ill say is this, if you only use meta players and your defence is Mendy, Varane, Gomez and Semedo this guy probably isn't the best for you. This doesn't mean he's bad though. I'm only a div 3 player so i guess my opinion isn't the best but he is by far the most fun player I've played with in a while on FIFA in general and definitely my favourite in FIFA 21.
