Decent utility attacker

Disclaimer: I used Martinez with 8 chem at LM/LCAM in a 442/4231. He would be better played at ST however I already have STs and wanted to use him after getting him in red picks.

Pace: 7/10. With an engine on 8 chem he felt fast enough to keep up, but not really able to break away like some of my other attackers (Lozano, Mbappe).

Shooting: 8/10. His shots are amazing powerful however I did find that he fairly regularly missed easier chances. He's very good at near post shots as the power beats most keepers before they can react.

Passing: 9/10. With an engine he has some amazing passing stats, including 92 vision (8 chem). They really showed, he was very good at picking out through balls to the strikers as well as 1-2s in midfield.

Dribbling: 8/10. He's a good dribbler and able to beat players with LS dribbling, however not quite at the elite level.

Physicality: 10/10. The standout attribute of this card. He lives up to 92 aggression, and is amazing on high press at winning the ball. 89 strength is also very helpful when holding off defenders, but also in later stages of the game to hold the ball up when protecting a lead. His heading is also top tier, although he's only 5'9" he wins the majority of headers with his jumping which can be helpful starting counters or from goal kicks.

Overall he is good enough but not outstanding. Worth trying for the physicality though if you want something different to the usual weak but agile forwards.

Actually really good

Where to start. I have only played 3 games with him but I feel that he is going to be in my team until he gets a TOTS. With a Hunter, he is so fast, amazing shooting, 4* skills and Wf and can just run past even the best of defenders.
