To begin with, I want to say that I have a strange attitude towards goalkeepers. Many people buy Pope or just a top-rated goalkeeper from their league, and I'm interested in trying new goalkeepers, so I probably played with all the top-rated goalkeepers, except 96 Neuer and Yashin with Cech.

And Navas in their background is a bit average

Yes, he has good reflexes and unexpectedly good longshot saves, I would like more kicking and he also has a slightly weird positioning choice, so sometimes he misses some pretty weird goals.

If you just look at the reflection of blows, then it is not bad.

BUT its main disadvantage is traits.

GK Long Throw is not a bad trait, but it doesn't affect the game in any way.

Cautious with Crosses is really shit, a goalkeeper with a height of 185 can hit the balls normally with corners(like my man Ortega), but with this trait, no matter how I move him, he still runs to the lane (and of course misses goals)

He also does not have Saves with Feet and Rushes out of Goal, the absence of which reduces the effectiveness of speed and reflexes.

If you want a League 1 goalkeeper, try his gold card, otherwise you may get frustrated and waste coins / fodder

At first I was hesitant to use Navas in my squad, after all he's only 6"1 and has relatively poor positioning and handling. I also took into account the reviews on his base card which were simply awful. I mean there isn't much to say for a gk, but he is exactly what you'd expect from a gk of this rating. Insane at the stats he's good at, good at the stats he's average at. But all i can say is what a card. I played him in wl with my new Ake and they defo changed my defense. I honestly would recommend this card to anyone who can fit him in their squad.
