Best EPL starter CAM?

Picked him up for 1,6k and I have to say that he's one of the best CAM's I've ever used. His 2* WF feels like at least a 3* and his dribbling is out of this world. If you use the Deadeye chem style to improve his finishing as well, then he can be in every starter squad until you have the coins to buy someone like Havertz. Criminally underrated.
