Doesnt live up to the hype

I am div 1, 2100+ SR, finish at least gold 1

I bought him as there was a lot of hype around this card and i like him in real life so wanted to try him out. Replaced gold ronaldo with this card

I was very dissapointed with it overall.

Tried him in a few different formations with different instructions but he never really made the runs id want from a striker - maybe its the medium work rates. Even on get in behind and manually triggering runs he didnt get to where i wanted.

Also he has amazing heading? but he was never in the box for any crosses or in the right place so could never do it. Gold neymar and ronaldo got onto the end of more crosses than this card

Pace:

Not the best not the worst. Defenders will catch up to him but he has enough to be usable

Dribbling:

Let down with dribbling, hes big and strong but was just clunky even with differnt chem styles he didnt feel very good. For me his first touch was always bad as well which would make life harder for him trying to keep the ball from defenders. Hes just not responsive enough for champs when everyone has fullbacks in their defence

Shooting:

His shooting was very good when he got the shot off but his shooting animation seemed to take for ever to actually hit the ball, by that time it was often blocked or tackled. But if the shot came off and wasnt blocked, it would go in

Passing:

Good passing, think he could be better as a CAM than striker. But it wasnt anything amazing

Physical:

Good strength but still will get pushed off the ball.

Overall just wasnt good enough i dont think. Maybe it was just me, but i would find in close games i was subbing him off for someone i could rely on more

I got this guy in my 84+ player pick. So i wanted ti try him and he is insane.
