Solid CDM

I was lucky enough to pack him in the guaranteed if pack. After 46 games his performance has been quite good. It has performed really well for me, but I'm not going to lie I don't think it's a god like CDM, it's solid, it's good but it's not the best in the game nor in the pl. However, it's definitely better than other meta CDMs I've tried this year as Kimmich or Can and it has to be definitely better than any other PL CDM you can get for around 100k.

He's strong, fast and a beast in

defense, I'll recommend it if you can afford and link him.

I've only use it as a CDM alongside with

another defensive CDM (torreira) and with a box to box (wijnaldum),

never as only CDM but I imagine he will perform very well too.

Pace: (with shadow) it feels quite fast, usually he outpaces rival's CAMs and can return fast to his position after a wrong tackle.

Defending: it's the best this card has... High defending stats combined with his height allows him to cut a lot of dangerous passes.

Shooting: I haven’t used it much, but he has an amazing longshot

Dribbling: not very agile, but quite good ball control and dribbling

Physical: strong, but not the strongest.

Passing: very solid passing, as a CDM with stay back instructions, he has given 9 assists.

Linkability: you can't link by nation and althouh he's from a big 6 unless you link him with auba it's difficult to have green links in a competitive team.

Agility: not that much important if you use it as a CDM

After I saw a few Pros hyping him up, I had to test him myself. I replaced Allan in my 4-2-2-2 next to Wijnaldum. Thomas Partey is a great CDM he is everywhere on the pitch.
