Cheap Mendy(?)

After I was so f*ing lucky to get untradebable Neymar, I needed a LB from Ligue 1.

And round comes RULEBREAKERS promo.

Picked him up for around 52k Coins (not quite half a Mendy) and was pretty flattenend

His performance on the pitch is incredible. Feels so agile in chase down situations and pretty nimble and quick around the ball.

Strength is very good. Bullies nearly everything that comes down his side. Feels much better then 79 on his card.

Due to quick reactions towards the ball he is insanely responsive when defending.

Throughout a weekend league run, he got beaten maybe 2 or 3 Times (Elite 3 finish).

Was a pleasant surprise and for that price a no brainer for me.

I set him up to stay back and overlap to get the most out of him.

As a pairing with koscielny this is a "cheap" but great option for a french/ligue1 left side.

I would recomend him to everybody in need of a link or a good LB.

For me, he will not be leaving my team in the near future. Thought about taking Story Bernat for the link, but this card is miles better.

Get him while he is still cheap.

Basically kante

Play this lad at CDM or stay back CM, he is basically kante. (he is not bad at LB too but very wasted imo)super good balance allows him to change direction before ney even touches the ballhe has the tendency to stick his leg in right before the attacker gets past him, really good

LB in 4-2-3-1 and my goodness, I like to play with somewhat more offensive fullbacks then I typically see others do and this lad fits perfectly. He's got the pace to help out in a nice attack then get back to put in a great tackle and bully the RW. Crucial in my buildup play and has good links.

Perfect for a starter squad

He is one of my best players in my starter squad and is a great creative outlet. He has the pace to run up the wing and the passing ability to pass it on to my winger ahead of him.
