Pogba! I have to say I am quite suprised. I first got this 91 Pogba as a investment since the market crashed I was hoping for his price to increase later on. So got him and decided to use him for maybe a game or two. And can I say how slick this man is. I didn't even think he'd be this good. Pogba already had a shadow just to boost the pace and defending. from my first impression of him he Was so good, the passes were probably the most accurate I've seen in many players, his dribbling, yes he doesn't have the best agility and balance but boy does he have very good dribbling, he keeps the ball so close to him. His shooting was great, if you boost his shooting instead of defending you have a great CAM. Long shots were probably his best shooting aspect, he bangs them tops bins so much! defending is probably his only downfall, even tho it was boosted with a shadow, he couldn't really contain the opponent or be able to track, as I also had him at a cdm position. This means that you can probably use him as more of a CM than a CDM. overall, he was a great player and I highly recommend him as your cm, if not this one get his FOF which is probably 500k more.
-Passes, first 3 games with him, each pass was precise and accurate. never missed a single oppurtunity. His through balls were amazing as well.
-physical, he has amazing strength and was able to hold off opponents whilst dribbling.
-shooting, I'd say all round his shooting was good, but I'd put his long shots higher than his close range finishing. His power long shots never missed the target.
-dribbling, he could hold the balls and dribble smoothly. He was able to do some amazing dribbles for me.
-skills, the main feature of this player. If you don't know how to effectively use skills then Pogba ain't the man for you. his skills basically compensate for his not so good agility and balance as well as his height
-workrates, this worked for me, as I got him to be more defensive but with the high/med he managed to get upfront as well to provide more attacking options,
-stamina, sometimes 89 stamina won't do the job, especially in 120 minutes matches, where Pogba will be tired out. try to not make him do too many runs attacking and defensively to conserve his stamina.
-agilty and balance. You can really feel his clunkiness and his turns aren't as smooth. his height adds to this as well as he can't effectively turn as fast. Try to use skills to turn quicker and utilise his passing and strength to overcome the agility and balance
-pace, he isn't Mbappé, but he does the job. sprint speed is fine but the acceleration is very bad. we won't be quick off the mark but as momentum gains he should be fine. Try to keep him in a position you favour the most and he'll get the job done.
