Lukas Klostermann was one of the most hyped cards when the database was revealed, with not only great pace and defending but also the height (unlike e.g. Alaba) and passing ability (unlike e.g. Manolas) to be a brilliant meta centre-back.
I actually used Klostermann a few times in FIFA 20 to link my untradable Scream Sabitzer, and he always kept me satisfied. This year in the centre however he feels like another level. He really lives up to the meta expectations for me with incredible tackles, comfortably won headers, good passing and pace as reliable as German cars.

He can feel a bit clunky at times, when he quickly needs to turn for example. However this hasn't been ground breaking for me.
I was lucky enough to pack this guy and since he was extinct I decided I might as well use him in my squad. At first I used him besides Manolas and then Joe Gomez. Expecting Gomez to outperform him but I was shocked to find that it was the complete other way. I thought his pace was his only really great attribute but I was very wrong. Going in to tackles this guy feels like prime Maldini.

Hello! I am new to writing reviews just so you know. I was very happy when I packed him untradebale. He looked like a beast, but oh crap when you played with him he is like varane. Very very fast and feels quite agile. This guy absolutely bodies anyone of the ball. His aggression and defending skills is class. If you can link him in your team I highly reccomend getting him. (P.S my english isn't the best, sorry)

Klostermann is one of the best CBs i used in all my years of fifa.
Just a quick preface, Im in div 3 (soon div2) and I have a bundesliga/prem hybrid with Klostermann and gomez at the back and let me thell you something: theyre so good.
Hes under 10k and not the easiest to link (use IF gulacsi as a keeper btw if a strong link is needed). I play him with an anchor on 10 chem and Ive changed my squad so many times and I always try and fit him. I bought him when he was 25k at the start of the game and im not even sad about the coins.
Hes quick enough to catch up with meta attackers (ofc a perfect through ball to mbappe or neymar will beat him but those would beat anyone) hes able to run alongisde attackers and tackle them cleanly to win the ball back (he has great standing and slide tackles), his strength is also very good and can push players off the ball with ease.
but the creme the la creme is his strength from corners (this guy has a better goal return than my allan) he is able to score once every 4- 5 corners and this ability comes in very clutch at certain times.
for a starter/cheaper squad hes perfect and a must have.
try anchor on 10 chem if any less than that slap a shadow on him

he isnt THE quickest, I feel varane is quicker/better but for the price id say hes on par or slightly below joe gomez. and one of the top 5 cbs in the game
He is the best cb in play and I have tried others like Varane and Joe Gomez, he is too fast he has beaten forwards several times in pace like Rodrigo, Rashford even Mbappe and I have not put him a style chem that raises the pace. In terms of defense, he is a beast, there is no one who can beat him, he is a wall, in the 1vs1 nobody beats him, buy it, you can give it chemistry with players like mukiele rulebreaker or gulacsi, and it's very cheap
