Hey Guys! I've been craving for this card for quite some time right now and since I packed Neymar tradable this morning from the squad battles rewards, that I played for icon tokens last week, I knew it was time to finally complete my dream of playing this card. I replaced his if with him (check out the added squad to get a clearer view on the squad) and was very curious to see, whether the extra 700k would be worth it and I can tell you right now, the difference is very noticeable. I absolutely loved how good the if was and could only dream of a headliner, until my dreams come true. I was very sad that I didn't complete his potm, but it paid off now. João Felix is known for being an absolute beast and he definitely earned this reputation. I'm a Divison 2 payer and usually get Gold 2 in fut champs and haven't seen any reviews on him yet that is why I decided to write this one. Enjoy!

Finishing: It is super hard to decide on what aspect of his game to highlight first, but his finishing just jumps out. I'm playing with a hunter chem style (as you should imo) and it works out perfect. 99 finishing and 95 shot power speak for themselves, he will finish everything in the box and won't let you down in clutch situations
Finesse shots: His finesse shots are absolutely cracked and are most likely to go in with both feet. Since he has 95 shot power, he doesn't have the problem that his finesse shots aren't powerful enough in some situations like Neymar has
Positioning: Not only is his finishing ability top-notch, but his positioning is top-class as well. I'm in love with his AI-runs which come from his 97 positionings, and he will always be in the right spot to catch a rebound or a tip-in
Dribbling: His Dribbling feels magic, it is godly and feels even better than it should be based on the stats. 91 agility is the stand-out here and it gives him the smoothness of players like Neymar or Mbappé. He feels even smoother than CR7
Skills: This one is obvious, 5* Skills with his dribbling stats make him a magician on the ball. He can perform the meta skill moves like the ball roll-scoop turn, just the scoop turn or the reverse elastico with ease and will murder defenders in the 1v1 situations if you know how to skill properly
Speed: Also an easy one, 97 Pace while having 99 sprint speed is lightning fast and makes him capable of winning running duels against almost any meta cbs. You can surprisingly feel the +3 upgrade to pace when compared to his if, who was lacking speed from time to time
Passing: 86 vision and 85 short passing make him perfect for setting-up his striking partner with balls, the typical 442 2v2 situations against the opponent's cbs can be easily taken with him. His decent crossing and curve can come in handy when you are planning on playing him as a winger
WF: His 4* WF might seem average, but it certainly feels better. I wouldn't really notice a difference between his feet what makes him an even more versatile striker
Links: He's Portuguese and from la liga, so he can be linked to meta cards like CR7, Renato Sanches, Mendy or Varane
Body type: Body type is an important aspect to players this fifa and his lean type makes him very glitchy and unpredictable
Headliner Card: He just needs to have a good game in an atletico win and he might get upgraded. He is also expected to get a +2 upgrade this Friday in the winter refresh since he had an amazing season so far, and I don't want to imagine, how good an upgraded version of him would be
Positional Variability: He's not just great as a striker but as a cam or winger as well. He can perform in any offensive position. You name it, this guy can play it

Physicals?: It was hard to find a real downside to him but you could put his strength. 72 isn't great but it's not bad either and it's a huge upgrade to his if. He will still get blown away by tough defender like Van Dijk occasionally, but it certainly happens a lot less than with his if card
Stamina: 85 is decent for normal time, but if you're going into overtime in fut champs you might have to consider, subbing him out
Price: He is very pricey (800k on PS4 as I'm writing this review), so you can't pick him up as a newer player, but if you have 800k spare and find a way to include him then I would definitely recommend picking him up. However, he is not overpriced, he costs a lot but he is worth every coinf of it and you will feel it

Conclusion: João Felix is by far the best player I've used this fifa and is an absolute beast even though EA tried to nerf him. He will always stay useable and brings the complete package to your offense and will improve it drastically. He is like a rolex watch, made for people who are rich and can afford him but if you can than he is absolutely worth it. He is a crown piece on every team he's in, and I'm in love with him and I can promise you that he will steal your heart as well. If you can't afford him then I recommend getting the if who is 100k right now and is like the little brother of this man. I hope you liked my review and eventually found it helpful in deciding on whether to buy him or not and that I could give a nice insight, on how he's like. I always get bored of players and I did after using Mbappé. I do like Mbappé however I am not a skiller in game and therefore rely on players with high agility and balance. although Mbappé did have the agility, he did not have the balance. anyways with the money I had I bought Felix as I wanted to get his potm but was broke at the time. when I first tried him I had him with a hunter at st with Bernardo fut freeze at cam. Unfortunately due to bernardo silvas fraud passing was not able to utilise his ability. however after pairing him with bruno Fernandez inform I can happily tell you the card is amazing.

DRIBBLING. seeing as I didn't notice a change in pace with hunter(I know I'm sorry) I switched to engine to max out dribbling. his card became super responsive. his touches are precise and feels like sticky dribbling. his body type is good for his height and it does not absolutely bother me at all. he feels really smooth and makes dribbling easy. his dribbling over-all is amazing

SHOOTING. in my opinion if the main shooting stats are high enough(positioning, finishing, shot power, maybe long shots) there is absolutely no reason to upgrade it. and I love his shooting, even with no finesse shot trait they come of so clean and his shot power is so handy for his finishing. his weak foot feels more like a 4.5 star weak foot. it is reliable and with good shooting stats you'll finish most shots with the right angle.

PASSING. his passing I really like. after trying him at cam for a couple games I like his passing. his long passing is a little low but I didn't have a problem with it much and he can play good at cam.

PACE. his pace is satisfying enough to put him at st.(in my opinion if you have a good passer at cam and a good attacking ai where the st can make the runs 85+ pace can do the job). therefore I like his pace. with engine you do get a small boost with pace still but it was good and I haven't had much problems with it at all. if given the right through ball and ai run you can outrun the variants and gomezs. of course if your not happy with it you hab=ve 5 star skills to help you get past defenders.

PHYSICAL. his physicals are not bad when it comes to his card. he does fight for the ball and does not get pushed if easily. it can sometimes be a problem when it comes to cards like van dijk.

overall really enjoy this card. just make sure to pair him up with a cam like bruno Fernandez that has amazing passing.
