He is super underrated, the other reviews are complete bs, he is insanely good. Amazing at finishing, dribbling, mad strong - everything you could ever want in an attacker except being good for links and and being 3* 3*. I wish he had gotten a sm upgrade, coz im someone who loves skills so to have 4* would just make this card 10x better. Honestly tho, to get him from my red player pick was a huge dub and I would definitely recommend him to everyone seeing this.

For starters i never thought i would write a review, but wow this toney was so good i couldn't resist.

If you are looking for a meta striker, this guy isn't for you. However when you are looking for a fun card this is the one!

I started off my WL really bad i was down 0-2 and i got this man out of my picks so i decided to give him a shot. And wow, am i happy that i did give him a shot.

I normally stop at gold 3, but when i play all games i reach arround gold 1/elite 3.

This week i have to thank my gold 1 completely to this man he scored 88 goals in 28 games. I never had a player score this much in WL.

But looking a little more at the card he wont dribble or skill like neymar, but wow this man can shoot. Left foot, right foot it doesn't matter everything flies in.

He is really quick not like mbappe but he definitely beats varane on pace. His strength is out of this world, even with 4 defenders on his tail he still bulddozers on through absolutely insane!

His dribbling wasn't the best, but what can you expect for 89 dribbling. The biggest reason for this was the fact that he has 3* skills, however with some bridges, ball rolls and directional nutmegs it is more than fine. Due to his 99 agility i was actually suprised how good the dribbling was. i expected a lot worse and true that he can feel clunky at times but he more than makes up for it with everything else.

In conclusion if you want a fun card get this guy. He is cheap, fun and really good if u don't care for meta. He has amazing pace, shooting physical and a good WF. For 90K he is the best possible striker out there and i would say get him now. It is tough to link him, but with aarons and an icon it is pretty doable. i played him on 8 chem, but im getting aarons next week for the full 10 chem, because this guy won't be leaving my team!

With TOTS here I figured it was time to change up my team and try out a lot of new players that came out. TBH I was not expecting much from Toney as he had 3*3*, no traits, and his height could make him feel clunky. However he dominated in my weekend league. Im not gonna say that he is for everyone and super meta, but his in game stats make him a hell of a player. He felt quite fast with his pace, his shooting on his strong foot is quite spectacular(just don't shoot on that weak foot), and his passing for a striker is great. One thing I noticed with him is his insane physicals which help a lot make up for his weak foot and skills. Besides the 3*3*, the only thing negative I can say about him is that his height can make him feel clunky at times, even though he has insane pace and 99 agility. If you want to try a different player, he has the stats to be your guy.

I packed this card and had been absolutely roasted by him once in weekend league so I figured I would give him a try. I think he falls into the category of TOTS that don't play to the level of their stats. Everything physically about this card screams meta, and I'm not sure if it is due to body type but in game he was far from nimble. His straight line speed felt fine, but definitely didn't feel like 99 agility with his movements. His finishing felt fine, but definitely wasn't automatic, which is disappointing for a card with 99 finishing. Perhaps I caught it with his weak foot too frequently.

In May, for a 3* SM 3*WF to be viable you have to go above and beyond your stats, and this card felt like it did the opposite. He, amongst others, was part of a terrible EFL WL experiment.

I packed this guy in the EFL pack and was surprised that I got him since these kind of cards are rare to get in that pack and I decided to use him in Div2 cus I saw that his stats are pretty decent.

To be honest he isn't that great. His shooting,physicality is good aswell as heading but I haven't noticed anything else thats decent about him. Especially in the box. You just have to give the ball away since you can't really do anything with it because of skill moves and his clunkiness
