Childhood Hero

Growing up in a Welsh family and being a lifelong united fan along with my dad, Giggs was always our favourite player. I had always wanted to use him in FIFA but unfortunately, I was transfer banned in December. I packed him on Thursday from my mid or prime icon pack and all of my friends were laughing at me when I was so excited about getting him. He immediately slotted straight into my team as my left midfielder. Playing in a 442 he felt brilliant and like one of the most involved wide players I have used so far in this game. I used him for 20 FUT champions matches and in 17 rivals games, in division 2 and in champs I stopped at Gold 3.

Pace: He feels quite quick due to the chemistry style. Off the mark, he feels quick with good acceleration.
Crossing: When I got into the right positions his whipped and normal crosses were deadly and they created a lot of chances and got me a lot of assists.
Finishing: With the chemistry style it gave him a small boost to finishing but also a significant upgrade to shot power which made his close-range shots very good.
Smoothness: On the ball, he felt fantastic, despite the low agility and balance. The 91 ball control and 94 in-game dribbling stats speak for themselves.
Cheap: If you support united and/or are Welsh I would recommend buying him as his value for money on the transfer market is very good.
Positioning: He always makes excellent runs into space and when using L1/LB + A passes you can easily exploit space in behind and he can easily go through on goal due to his good pace.

If you get him from the icon pack it is an L because of his price, or if he simply doesn't work in your team.
Height: He is a bit tall for a winger, this wasn't much of an issue for me because I usually crossed early instead of trying to beat players or did one-twos to get in behind. The height makes him feel a bit clunky on the ball at times when sprint dribbling.
Weak foot: This is not the biggest issue for wingers but when I had no other options but to shoot on his right it was obviously very inconsistent.
Skill moves: With only 3* skills this will be a major issue for the skilled community and is often what makes players turn a blind eye on this card, was not an issue for me though because I do not skill a lot.
He is not WAMAN or King Kazu: Speaks for itself.
