Vollcarrascoversicherung

He is the Vollcarrascoversicherung of my team (`fully comprehensive insurance´) as we like to say in Germany. He is the engine of my team.

First of all this review is based of games I played in Div 2 and 1. Carrasco so far has been my favourite player this FIFA. I mainly play him as a left central midfielder in a 41212 narrow formation with "going forward" and "cover wing" as instructions. I struggled using the formation until i put one attacking minded midfielder into the CM position. For some reason his height, body type and aggressive look makes him win so many duels in defence.

In attack his movement is superb and playing a narrow formation it really helps having a player that can run the ball for 20 meters without worrying to get tackled.

Dribbling feels smooth and responsive, passing surprisingly accurate. The one thing that stands out is his finishing that really surprised me. Especially his finesse shots from the edge of the box tend to go in a lot and his finishing inside the box never let me down.

I initially only wanted to play him until I had enough coins for Hazard, but know I´m definetely playing him in the first wl this FIFA (I will play Hazard for Corona as a CAM though).

I also played him as a LM in the 442 formation with "cut inside" and he felt great also. Just pick him up, for that price it is a nobrainer.

What a player

Yannick Carrasco is a good player to start on FIFA 21 if you want a fast, agile player with good dribbling. His pace is incredible combined with his dribbling hes unstoppable. His shooting is also good i banged a few goals from the side of the goal while running from the wing than cutting inside. Passing is okay i usually pass then press R1 so he can run in open space. If i can remeber correctly I had a few good crosses with him and Benzema scored them. Dribbling is phenomenal because of his 90 agility and 86 dribbling. Defending its not so good but he is a winger so i dont expect from him high defending. Physicaly he is weak he sometimes gets pushed easly from the ball but his stamina will last for 90 minutes (if you dont run all the time with him).
