Is potm nkunku worth it over the rb if I can do him for like 60k?

If you are talking about the RB with 93 passing, then I'd recommend you go for him if he is really effective for your team. But that's only if you are already comfortable with the RB you have and want a upgrade to make him even better. The only downgrade is the passing, but for the rest he's better in every stat and you can apply good chems on him.
