Premier League has this cons that there are not that many options to choose from when it comes to strikers. That's why I decided to try Ismaila Sarr IF off chem on striker and oh boy, was he good.
First of all, I'm a div 2 player, prefer balance dribbling over the combinations and love through passes. When it comes to Sarr, played him as a right striker in 41212(2) with Fekir on left striker and Robbie Keane on cam. Chem style was finisher, because i thought his pace is good as it is and he may use some upgrades in shooting and dribbling. Used him in Rivals, FUT Champs and during icon swaps SB.
What instantly hit me was his incredible pace. He is tall and his legs are very long so it even looks as if he was running faster than the opponents. I'm not a top tier FUT player and what I often do is just spam through passes and run with the striker and Sarr is made for such primitive tactics. Sometimes you can even run from the middle of the pitch after kick off and score a goal, it's incredible.
When it comes to the shooting he is clinical. I put him on the right striker to shoot powerful shots on the further side of the net and he does it perfectly. Only downside when it comes to his shooting is the 2* WF (obviously), but when you play him on right striker and don't use finesses, you'll be fine after some games.
As for dribbling he feels decently agile, most of the basic skill moves are smooth and the agile dribbling is great.
To summarise, Ismaila Sarr is definitely a great player worth trying out. He helped me a lot and to this day serves in my team. If you can't fit him in your squad, at least try him as a super sub, you won't be disappointed.
INCREDIBLE pace
great shooting with right foot
great value for money
he is tall, but not clunky
pretty agile with the ball
hard to green link
if you want to play him as a striker you may need to play him off chem
2* WF
top tier defenders like Varane or Kimpembe often tackle him with ease, but that's for everyone ig
