No, i'm not saying he's as good or close to Vini. BUT he is pretty good and reminded me of Vini.
I play Lukebakio as a Winger in a 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1. I only tried him out because i wanted to have Sow on 10 chem. I previously had RTTK Politano as my designated RW/RF forever. I bought Luke for a ridiculously low 30k (now slightly more) and i'd say he's a steal! With a good nation or league he'd probably be 120k+... First 4 games he scored 3 goals and had 2 Assissts (Div 2). Politano is more agile but Luke was way more efficient in front of goal and somehow overall more dangerous in attack! His dribbling isn't as smooth and agile as Vinis is but i found him to be agile enough for a winger with that size and the way he moved, his shooting and the way he positioned himself reminded me of Vini. So far i've really enjoyed his card and will keep using him. For a Bundesliga Team/hybrid i think he's by far the best option at RW because of his price. He's better than IF Gnabry or IF Coman (81k) and similar to (or even better than) TOTGS Nkunku and RTTK Sane. But the last two are respectively 100k/200k more expensive. Also, he probably would perform well at striker, too. If you have millions to spend you'll of course find better options but for those of us on limited budgets i'd say give him a go and spend your money on other postions! You won't regret it...
very fast
agile enough (especially for his size)
good passing (with Deadeye)
3* WF feels like 4 and isn't an issue at all
4* skills (performs SM well)
finishing
workrates aren't a problem if you send him on runs
price
can win physical 1on1s against average LB
workrates if you rely on AI runs
not as agile as smaller wingers
no 5* skills (but that's to be expected for that price)
links if you don't have a Bundesliga team
maybe stamina if you want to play your winger the whole game (i usually sub my winger(s) out around the 75th min or so)
