I just had to write a review about this guy. He has been phenomenal for me. Insane game changer and I cannot believe he is this cheap. (For reference: Elite Division player, 1992 Skill Rating)

Firstly, for 25k (price at the time of writing this) he is an ABSOLUTE STEAL and I predict he will only drop more over time.

Why do I think he's this good? Let's take a look into his in-game stats: (considering his base stats look average)

97 positioning I promise you this stat is a gem. He will make the best runs whenever the attacking momentum is building, very smart runs too, he won't just run into defenders and ask for a pass. He will always be in a great attacking position for you (considering he has a high WR).

94 agility genuinely feels like it's 99 because of his body type. He is 66kg and 5'8. When he receives the ball, you can do so much with him. He feels VERY silky and smooth while dribbling, if you're a left stick dribbler, you will have too much fun with him. But even if you don't left stick dribble much, not a problem, Tecatito can literally run at people and get past them. He is a broken cheat code on the ball. Sure, his dribbling and ball control is a little lower (88 and 87) but it's a fake stat in my opinion. His ball control feels like 95, dribbling feels like 97. Dribbles just like Messi.

87 finishing, I know this doesn't seem like a lot considering he has 85 shot power too. It seems average but I don't know what it is, but Tecacitos shooting ability is absolutely crazy. He always puts away them tight-angled shots, and he can score from any direction he likes with an absolute blasting shot. Any side too because that 5* weak foot is crazy. The shot power on this guy is insane. Feels like a rocket. Likely it's because of the hunter which makes him have 97 finishing and 90 shot power. Either way, with or without the hunter, he still feels like he has around 98 shot power. But ALSO! This guy clutches up with a LOT of last-minute winning goals. He has clutched countless numbers of last-minute winning goals for me in Weekend League. Because of his 97 positioning stat. His stats DO NOT LIE. They are better than what they say.

92 stamina can keep you going all game. Like I said, he scores many last-minute goals or late-winning goals. But don't worry, he isn't one of those players who only start to perform better at the later half to the game. He performs like a beast ALL game for the full 90'. I don't know what more to tell you guys, because there are just too many good things about this card.

He is a great playmaker too. When attacking, he will play beautiful passes through to the striker and has no problem with passing back to the midfield to cut back. I personally prefer to play him as RF/RW or sometimes ST. RF works great because he can cut inside very well and score. He is the most smooth dribbling card ever. He does NOT feel clunky at all and moves very nicely. And his burst of pace is absolutely insane. He flawlessly outpaces fast fullbacks like Hakimi, Ferland Mendy, etc.

In terms of defending and strength, he isn't actually bad to be honest. Sure, you'd think he can easily get knocked over or tackled because of the 41 strength but the 90 balance holds him up well. Personally, he feels a lot stronger than Messi on the ball (I've used both). He has no problem with beating defenders one on one because Tecatito can swerve past any defender with his crazy dribbling and once you're behind him, you're not going to get past him, his shielding from behind is perfect. He can shield and shoot at the same time too.

As a comparison, on the ball, he feels similar to Messi mixed with Winter Wildcard Adel Taarabt's. With Neymar/Vinicius' smooth dribbling and Mbappe/Dembele's burst of pace.

Honestly, this guy is a club legend for me, and I believe he could be your club legend too! I've forcefully chosen to fit him into every new team I make every week and I never regret putting him in my team. It is the most fun and smooth and OP card I've ever used in FIFA history.
