When I say this card is next level, I mean it. There is nothing scarier to an opponent than seeing Javier Rojas standing over the ball within 40 yards of the goal. He is truly a must use player and if he isn't in your squad, you're doing something wrong. His dribbling is elegant combined with his blistering pace allows him to really be a menace on the pitch.
