Scores loads...just not from corners taken quickly

This year I have made a point to have fun with FIFA and not play the meta for meta sake. Being a Liverpool fan, I've got a mostly Liverpool club barring an untradeable gold Varane (who will be swapped for an IF VVD at some point) and a gold Kante (who I've determined is the only "meta" non-Liverpool player that will remain staple in my club). Being a Div 1/Elite player, 7/10 are pay to win with FB Varane & TOTY defenders, and my old combo of Salah, Mane, Coutinho & Jota was lacking slightly. However when Divock dropped, I automatically dropped my Fodder on him.

He's made an unbelievable difference - I play him as a target man primarily in a 4222 and while he can't outrun FB Varane he can hold him off and tap the ball off to either Mane, Jota or Salah to get them in behind. He's also great on the ball for a tall striker. Arguably more agile and fluid (barring 5* skills) then gold Ronaldo. So when you're in a crowded box, he can wiggle out of spaces most tall strikers can't.

If you're a meta rat - he's not for you. But if you enjoy playing classy football (not just booting a ball long and getting POTM Vinny or Mbappe in behind), you will enjoy him.

Absolute Menace

I honestliy didnt expect much from this card as i completed his SBC, because i already had a decent striker (Best 90) and I expected Loverpool to choke the final.But thanks to Kepas penalties he got a sexy Upgrade and jumped in my team for a weekendleague. I used him with the marksman chemstyle to boost his dribbling, which I saw as an issue on this card...
