Player Review
92 - TOTS
Don't get too excited over the title or you might be disappointed by the review. But first things first, the moment I saw this card (and stats) I knew I had to try him out so after some debating I bought him for around 70k off the market. I used him as a lone CDM in a 4-1-2-2 (narrow) and as one of two CMs in a 3-5-2. After taking a closer look at his stats I decided to go with the Engine chemstyle to make him feel better on the ball and still boost his pace a little bit. (Shadow or Catalyst might be the way to go)
Now how does he perform ingame? Well, for me this is a bit of a tricky question. When he played next to Tonali (who is a beast tbf) it was the italian who did all the interceptions and also most of the tackles not Sangare. I felt like due to his immense physical presence the opponents seem to avoid getting too close to him or passing the ball in his direction. Does that make him a bad player? Not at all, he feels smooth (considering his bodytype) on the ball, does good passes and even scored a header after a brilliant run into the box. What I will say however is that he definitely does not play like his stats suggest (especially DEF and PHY). He is one of those juiced up TOTS cards who's stats feel kinda fake and he also does not have the "spider legs" of a Vieira. However he is definitely usable in the higher Divisions (I used him in Elite) just don't expect the craziest things from him and you are good to go. For the price he is at the moment I would honestly suggest to give him a go if you like to use different players!
height, passing, heading, presence, decent price
limited dribbling ability, defensive positioning, fake stats, 3* skills
