When I saw his card, I thought what we all did: what a disgrace. But after seeing him play that good irl, I was really hyped, so I decided to try him out.

I slapped a Hunter on him, and he felt really fast, but the dribbling was lacking. So I put an engine on him and oh my. He makes those smooth movements like irl, and turns fast.

The pace, with engine, was good enough to get past a lot of defenders, so I don't complain about it.

He has really good passing, most of it because of the flair trait and the engine.

His shots were actually really decent. Most of them went to the back of the net, despite the 83 finishing. I think the outside foot shot really carries, and also his 3* wf doesn't feel like it. He plays excellent with both feet.

And for last, but not least. His physical. Not too many defenders can bully him, that 83 strength helps a lot.

I think is a must try if you really like him irl, or if you are not that much into pacy players.

Can't find any, maybe his pace or his wf, but they're decent.

When I got this card in my reds, I was pleasantly surprised. I love my 5-star skillers and knew Depay was op from mates. First game he scored me a lovely right footed finesse shot after skill to get passed a few CBs. This card has brought me nothing but goals and success, I would definitely recommend him

When this card came out, I just knew I had to have him in my team, as he is one of my favorite players (and rapper of course). I sold my Mbappe, Gelson Martins, and Caqueret in order to be able to afford him, but he was so worth it. Depay has a good card every year, this time EA butchered his pace but I still gave him a try as my central CAM in a 4231. His card this year feels amazing, I did not even notice the Pace donwgrade that much because all his other attributes are really good. For me his key stats are Dribbling and Passing he is perfect as a CAM, his 5* skills only contribute to that.
