Galeno - Budget Vini

All brazilian teams are my jam on any FUT I've played up until this point, so naturally I check out every possible selecao player I can get my hands on.

Galeno is definitely a good price/value ratio SBC (based on stats only) so I had to do it. Selling my sif Vini Jr. in the proces to make space for the new guy.

I played him both on LF and changed to ST for 20 games, marksman chem style, 4-3-2-1 formation, div3 rivals. I would consider myself a casual player, so I mainly play for fun, not for grinding rewards.

I find Galeno to be a solid and/or decent player. Having been used to Vini doing all sorts of crazy s#yyyet with the ball at his feet, Galeno's dribbling felt a bit lacking, but in no way bad. He has no special animations or movements that would be noticable.

His ingame model makes that crazy pace feel wonky. He beats defenders to the ball, but just like any other "fast" guy.

I was super suprised about his passing, it felt acurate and reliable. Can't say the same thing about shooting tho. He can score when in front of the goal, but that 3 star left foot is completely absent.

Had 2-3 crazy shots from outside the box that went in, the rest was either pushed away by the keeper or just went straight into the sky. When on his stronger, right foot I had no problem with scoring, either finesses or power shots.

Physicality is ok, he's not easily bullied of the ball, but no aerial game either.

I did not try him from the bench, but would cosider that in the future.
