After opening my first pack (3x85+ mid upgrade) during the TOTY promo, I packed this beautiful guy and couldn’t believe my eyes. Not only because he is a 97 rated TOTY but because he fit perfectly into my team alongside Kante and Moments Ziyech.

When I saw his pretty cheap price (for a TOTY card on the first day), I wasn’t expecting too much. He played as offensive CM alongside Kante in a 4-4-2 formation and applied Shadow. My previous CM was HL Kimmich and he was always one of the best men on the field. But a 97-rated Jorginho sees no completion there.

But enough smalltalk.

He feels super smooth on the ball and he is one of the most responsive cards I used this year. Even when the game is laggy, he seems not to be affected at all. He can dribble through tight spaces and the ball sticks to his feet, kinda like Messi does.

His passing is elite tier. I checked his passing accuracy after every game and it was never less than 95%. And believe me I am not the best tiki taka player. Long pass, short pass, crossing, through ball. It doesn’t matter. He does all.

I took several shots outside of the box and let me tell you. He bangs them like it’s nothing. His long shots stat (85) doesn’t matter because of his shot power and curve.

Defensively he brings on the table everything that you need from him. I even noticed that his AI does those automatic interceptions like Kante does when the ball is obtainable. A nice extra that I wouldn’t expect.

I think it’s clear to say that his pace is more than enough for his position. And with a Hunter or Shadow he can reach everyone with ease.

The only downside is his jumping and strength but if you use a stronger/taller CM next to him, there is no reason to worry.

Funny thing is that I thought his WR are H/H but they are M/M. Despite that he is all over the place.

To sum up: This man changed my whole teams offensive and defensive behavior. I usually struggle at 1800SR in Elite and win 50% of my matches. I played 10 games with him and won 9 of them, while 3 of them ragequit. I never thought I would find someone who does Kimmichs job better and Jorginho does this and much more. I have used many expensive CM/CDMs and if he price continues to fall, he will be one of the best coins for value CMs in the game.

Well, this card is honestly the most well rounded midfielder I have used in the game so far. He feels so much more agile and swift comapred to what I thought and his overall defendingg presence is second to none as well.

I was lucky enough to pack him out of the 81+ midfielder pack and still cant believe I even did that but he slotted staright in my team next to kante to replace Guendouzi. I play him at CDM but get him forward and he's next to Kante who just clears everything up anyway.

He is fast enough as a midfielder and couldnt of asked for a more wel rounded card. The nthe passing is the best I have seen all game, as you would epect with a stat of 98. The long passing through balls over the top are a dream as they hardly work this fifa but he amanges to pull it off.

Finally, he has scored so many long shots due to the 96 shot power and 92 curve Ithink. Dont let those 85 loing shots put you off as the other stats really lift the overall chances of long shots going in and they definitely do work!!

Jorginho, he's insane and shouldn't be allowed in this game (as the title says)

There literally isn't a single fault with this card, if you want to look for the slightest issue then it'd be his strength.

But oh wait, put an anchor on him and that minuscule issue is now gone.

Stats weren't the only thing that got a boost. Going from a 3* 3* to a 4* 4*, which makes this card go from great to 'please remove him from the game'

I played 11 games with Jorginho, all in the Elite Division and he was the difference maker in every game

Having players like him in my midfield allow me to put in some ridiculous balls behind the opposition defense

He's the best passer I've ever played with in my 10 years of play Ultimate Team

But passing isn't all he does, he's shooting is also very solid which pairs nicely with his silky dribbling

His defending was also immaculate, especially his interceptions. He stopped most attacks before they had a chance to even start

He is literally everywhere on the pitch

Do yourself a favour, buy him. If you can't afford him, start grinding.

He is broken.

(Div1) I was fortunate enough to pack tradeable toty Mbappe meaning I was able to go off and buy some new players. When I saw this card I was surprised at how cheap he was and picked him up for 1.1 million coins. I played him at CDM, CAM and even ST to see which position he best suited. In my personal opinion he is best at CDM in a 4231.

Passing was easily one of his best stats and was able to hit through balls from ridiculous angles. He was solid in defense and on a shadow chem style was able to intercept almost anything in his path. Although he is the tiniest bit clunky his dribbling is INSANLEY smooth even in laggy conditions. Despite him being extremely slow irl he is quite fast pace wise and can keep up with the meta cars on a shadow chem style. His shot was the only downside for me, finishing inside the box was not great, however he has insane long shots if you like to regularly shot from distance.

Ive been saving up coins for TOTY for a while now. Packed Ruben Dias tradable and sold him so I could buy Jorginho and KDB as a pair in the midfield. When I say this card has surpassed my expectations I truly mean it. Im comparing him to KDB and they both felt great. If anything I preferred Jorge for the fact he feels better on the ball and has better defense. Now KDB is better going forward but thats why I'm truly happy to have them both. They compliment each other so well. If you have a prem team or can get this guy on at least 7 chem.. save up and get him. I was worried about the work rates but I truly dont notice them.
