I packed Bruno from a two rare players pack and I was so happy to get one of my favourite players. I used his toty in Fifa 21 and his gold card early on in the game.

So here is my review of him on some of his most significant traits:

Formational Rating

I mainly play Bruno in two formations, 4222 and 442. Bruno really shines more in a central position like in the 442 or any narrow formations. One look at his stats and you know he's a great cm, I wouldn't play him at CAM as I have tried in the 4222 and 41212, he isn't agile or fast enough to do so. However, he is a beast of a CM, phenomenal passing which suits the meta, great shots from long range and good defending. In the 4222, I tried him out at the CDM position, thinking he would play similar to his toty in 21, he can body anyone and makes great interceptions, play him there if it's a dual CDM formation next to a pure CDM like kante etc.

Pace & Agility

Pace is meh. Don't lie to yourself with his dribbling stats, if you have used Bruno before, you know how he feels. I hate to admit it, he feels stiff at times which is why I don't play him at CAM, as a CM or CDM that body type helps out defensively as it literally feels like a rock bodying everyone. His 80-ish pace is alright to an extent but don't expect him to make runs behind, definitely enough at a central position.

Shooting

Take a finesse shot from outside the box with his long shot trait and it goes in 70% of the time. What a crazy long shot he has on him, I always shoot from the left so that his right foot can whip it in. He has very consistent shooting and his free kicks as well, really solid.

Passing

1 word. Phenomenal.

Overall

What I have said so far makes him seem like a great player and he is, but unfortunately his price does not justify his performance in game, 580k right now for him is not worth it at all. Players like sbc aouar, foden, nkunku are great alternatives, I don't think Bruno is anything too special but a solid player is all I can say. To sum it up, I'll just say that my team will perform the same with or without him in it. Get him if you have spare coins lying around and want an extremely fun card and a solid player overall, if you want a game changer, sorry he isn't one.
