English isn't my first language but I'll try my best! Okay, so where should I begin. I packed him untradeable and to my fortunate it was the best thing that could happen.
This guy is an absolute GAME CHANGER. I packed him when I was in divison 5 and with him I reached division 2 without any problem. He removed all my struggles offensively and scored goal after goal after goal and assist after assist. I mean he is basically unstoppable if you use him right. I use him as a striker and it's the perfect match for him. Apply engine chem style on him to boost his pace and dribbling and you are good to go. Sadly his stamina isn't the best but he will definitely decide the game for you whether he's tired or not. Just press the ''O'' button and it's a guaranteed goal for you. His finess shots are crazy, I have paired him up with Benzema flashback card (4-2-2-2) and they are an absolute unstoppable force. Biggest con is that he is expensive, I was lucky to pack him.

Got Bergkamp from mid-icon SBC, and was pretty dissapointed at first... Until I started to try him out.
As an attacker, he got it all:
Shooting, technique, passing, strength, clinical and that hidden EA trait that favorable players got - getting first to the ball, scoring between all defenders, staying with the ball when seems lost, reacting at the right moment. Pretty quick also, managed to pace down some quick defenders, keeping the ball in the run even through Van Dijk/Kimpembe/Pique showdown till reaching the goalie (which then is almost 100% goal).
He's excellent at everything, even seemingly low attributes such as heading, stamina, strength, balance, long shots.
He also resembles the real life Bergkamp, which is something I like very much in FIFA.
His stamina might seem low, but he actually stays green even at the 75th minute; didn't feel urgency for subbing him off. However, might become an issue going into OT.
Also, even though fast enough, he's not explosive such as the Fekir/Messi/Salah type of players who can suddenly accelerate through defense.
Overall, I really enjoy playing with him, much more than I think I would.
Though not meta, he's OP, which makes fun to use at this stage.

- Stamina (sort off) - I didn't find him getting too tired in 90 minutes matches, his stamina bar remains pretty green till the end, but subbing him for OT might be recommended.
