Emotional beast

Packing TOTS cards is always fun. I was glad to see this guy join my team after a pack opening. I will try to give you guys a sincere review, so you can decide whether you want him in your team.

For now I could not play him on full chem, so probably, if you manage to get 3 chem points on him, he will be even better.

Note: The ratings I give are on a scale for a fullback. E.g. the shooting is not a 9/10 on an average scale but rated as a fullback.

Pace: I'd give him a 7.5/10 for this. He is rapid and runs very smoothly, which is good when attacking, but sometimes lacks a bit of pace when tracking back.

Shooting: Very, very nice for a fullback. 8.5/10. When you want to use him as a CM, this is important, as a left-back it is not that needed but can give the decider in a tight game.

Dribble: Good ball control, no anxiety under pressure: 8/10 This gives a boost when attacking. Also, good dribbling stats boost the pace in a certain way so this is a very nice thing about the card. BUT if you are reliant on skills, the 3* SM might be a problem. But for me it is better to not have skilful fullbacks in my team otherwise I get myself into trouble by trying nice moves and tricks.

Passing: I think this is the best thing about this card. He always finds the right weight on passes, even lofted diagonal through balls to the other side of the pitch are easy for him. Also, his free kicks are very, very good. I always use the 2nd freekick taker technique, which results in him taking them. His shots are powerful, clinical and the curve he shoots with is phenomenal. Very good for a left-back. Lastly, the 4* WF really helps his passing overall. 9/10

Defending: This is his main task, and he does it with ease. I like high aggression paired with composure as it makes his tackling very clinical. He might lack a bit of size, which makes his reach below average. 8/10

Physical: Average, but good for how tall he is. 7.5/10 But it has to be said, his stamina is amazing, he simply does not give up.

Comparison:

Lahm: Lahm feels faster and is better at defending. Still, the dribbling, Wf, shooting, physique and passing of Zinchenko is better.

Alex Telles: Telles feels more like a midfielder at LB. I prefer Zinchenko as Telles lacks a bit of passing, composure with the ball and clinical defending. However, Telles has the 5* sm and is more comfortable in the opponent's half.

At this stage of the game, his acceleration might be an issue sometimes.

If you think these things are an issue, you might go for his Fb card.
