Like many cards in the new Level Up promo, this card is incredibly tedious to get. 25 games of squad battles to get a card that not many people need or want is very inconvenient, but as a Chelsea fan, I had to get him. Over the past week, I have played enough squad battles to unlock him in time for this past weekend league, and he was a very solid RW for me. Unfortunately, I have a massive RW problem in my club and can only compare him to players such as prime Garrincha and TOTSM Di Maria. Compared to those two players, Sterling obviously lacks 5 star skills, which is a bit of a shame as he is less fun to use than them, but he does have 5 star weak foot, which bests both other cards. In terms of pace, he feels by far the fastest in the game even though I used him on only 2 chem. I also feel as if he had the best passing out of the three, which may come as a surprise, but he always has been able to properly distribute the ball to my CAM, ST, and RCM when need be. Shooting wise, he was pretty underwhelming in my opinion. The lack of shooting traits is incredibly disappointing compared to Di Maria, as he could not do trivelas. His finishing was also slightly worse than Di Maria, which is why I eventually made him more of a playmaker rather than goalscorer. Lastly, his dribbling was excellent, especially left stick. He was able to quickly accelerate with the ball and outpace wingbacks such as Theo Hernandez for me. His skill moves, while limited, were also very good, being able to change directions extremely quick. Lastly, his physical stats pretty much describe exactly how he was in game. He occasionally pushed weaker wingbacks off the ball and had no aerial presence, but was able to play an entire 90 minutes compared to other wingers I've used in the past. All in all, he is a solid option if you need to get a prem link and have too much spare time on your hands, but nothing too special.

It's been some time since this card came out, but after 50 games I'll give my feedback. I play in a 4-3-3 with him on the right wing. Within the first 5 games he just wasn't it. I then tried several chemistry styles and came to the conclusion that finisher works best. And after 50 games I can only say that his runs are insane, same goes for his dribbles. About the price, for 150k it was a bargain especially incase...
