Darwin Nunez Rare Gold Review
The game has just begun and it is a great time to find out which type of cards are best- the obvious expectations are that for the beginning weeks, cards like Dembele, Saint Maximin, etc will shine up top due to their pace, skills, and dribbling, however, this year, at least for me, my experiments have founded a different result. My first striker was Nottingham Forest's Dennis, for 700 coins, I was getting a pacy Premier League striker with 4* skills and he did the job for a couple of matches.
Then I sat at around 20k and invested in Jesus, decent sure, but not worth the price tag. Rashford came next and there was a clear difference between him and Jesus, but he was not brilliant enough to be my striker forever. Old reliable came along with Saint Maximin, one of my Fifa 20/21/22 club heroes. He was great, but the shooting stats seem too important this year, so he went to LAM.
Then I played someone with Nunez up top, 3* 3*, no way he works especially with that height and dribbling stat. I was wrong.
Nunez is fast and very strong, which means when through on goal no-one will catch up, something that Saint-Max and Dembele lacked. He has fantastic shooting stats and always scores when on his right, while on his left, I have found that the 3* WF is not too annoying yet. Aerially he is brilliant as well, as he scores several headers.
- Pace 9.5 / 10
- Shooting 9 / 10
- Heading 10 / 10
- Physicality 10 / 10
- Passing 7 / 10 - Really not bad as he has 9 assists in 15.
- Dribbling 7 / 10 - Again not an issue but could be better.
- 3* Skills - Probably the worst part of this card.
- 3* WF - Not a hindrance yet.
