87 - Out Of Position SBC
To start off, a bit of context, when the jubalani ball came out, I immediately bought Diego Forlan, however he disappointed me. When on the search for a new La Liga/Ligue 1 striker, only one man stood out to me, OOP Anssumane Fati. Whether or not I was willing to put the Forlan fund into an untradable player was uncertain, but powered by nostalgia from his FIFA 21 POTM card, I took a leap of faith, and I'd recommend you taking that same jump. Having played him to the right side of POTM Messi in a 4312, with gold Neymar behind him in CAM, I have come to realise he is exactly what my team needed, he's got a lightning burst of pace which I was unable to find with his La Liga striker counterparts, the same goes for his shooting animations, where you can get a shot off in almost any situation. His shooting itself is great, reliable, however when put next to the trivela king himself (and the goat), Lionel Messi, he can only shine a certain amount. His dribbling is fantastic, and paired with his lightning pace, is an incredible asset to beat a man with. His passing is nothing to write home about, however it does it's job. Unfortunately, his physicality is appaling. If you do take the leap and complete this sbc, be prepared to get bodied off the ball constantly. When using this card, I'd recommend using the marksman chemistry style, to primarily improve his reactions and strength. It is also worth noting I play on the older generation of FIFA 23.
Pace (92) - Blisteringly fast.
Shooting (85) - Great.
Dribbling (87) - Brilliant.
Outside foot trait.
High/Med work rates.
Links.
Physicality (63) - Could definetely be improved.
Price - 300k for an untradable card in this market is very pricey, especially compared to OOP Choesa, who came in around half the price with very similar stats.
Alternate positions - Can only play ST/CF, not bad to be fair but might be limiting.
