Mid Icon Ruud Van Nistelrooy Review

Legitimately the best card I have used this fifa. I ran Ruud as a lone striker in a 4-2-3-1 past and present Man Utd team and he carried me to a 9-1 WL qualifiers record. In those 10 games, he scored 29 goals and got 4 assists. About 3-4 of those games ended in rage quits before halftime too. This card finishes everything. Longshots, outside the foot, finesse, headers, volleys, he can score them all. Before Ruud I used Ole as my ST and he did the job, but this card has been a complete game changer for me. Came up against multiple teams with the likes of Rudiger, Van Dijk, etc. and he was unphased and able to out pace them for many goals.

Pace: With a hunter he goes up to 90 pace, is lengthy, and it is a game changer.

Shooting: 2.9 goals a game is amazing and it felt like he could not miss

Physicality: His strength is good. He is able to shrug off weak defenders, control crosses, and is hard to dispossess.

Positioning: Ruud made incredible runs and was always in the right position to finish off an attack.

Passing: His passing is not anything outstanding, but it is good enough to get the job done. His lack of assists comes from his ridiculous ability to make runs and score and not down to passing.

Dribbling/Skill Moves: Lack of skill moves and low agility definitely is a downside, but he is still able to body faint defenders and in the end it is not a big problem in this fifa.

Stamina: I play a very offensive and high pressing style of football and by the 75th-80th minute he will be very tired, but I think due to him being lengthy he is still usable in extra time.
