Best cm in Seria A under 400K

It's my first review i ever give to a player but this guy honestly deserved it.

About me: I'm currently in Div 4 and played last week my first WL after maybe 1 1/2 Months. I got a 14:5, so Rank IV.

I got my 10 Tokens pretty fast and played till then barella IF who was very outdated. After i got him in the team i instantly realised how much impact a good CM makes. He was everywhere when i needed him.

Mostly i played him in a 4222 as right CDM or in a 4321 as the middle CM who stays back while attacking. In both Formations Park Ji Sung Worldcup Hero was his Partner and they are the best midfield for low budget i could have ever imagined. (tonali free and Park Ji Sung 160k when i bought him). I played him with an anchor.

I played 94 games with him till now and i absolutely love him.

DO HIM AS LONG AS YOU CAN ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE A SERIA-A TEAM.. Fodder packs come and go but a cheap CM with great all round ratings in this class comes again in maybe February/March.

Fast on and off the ball, it feels way more than 84 pace more like 88.
His passing is great, you can also make some OP L1R1 passes but ofc he's not prime zidane who can make any pass.
he was also my corner-kick taker and also managed there a solid job.
His Dribbling is in connection with the pace his signature trait. If anyone tries to go through him with a trick or pace he will react fast or can even change the side in which he now starts to run immediately.
His physicality and defending is great, nothing more. Park Ji Sung has 80 defending and 82 Physical but he plays nearly identical to him. His Stamina is also great with 90 (if you dont over-use him he will play the whole 90min but often i still substituted him in the 70th minute for fresh air in the midfield.
Best CM from Seria A under 400k, bc idk how good Marchisio is, i expect him to be as good as him.

He's costing 10 Swap Tokens which could be used for fodder packs
His shooting is not the best but mostly you dont use his shooting. The only goals i made where direct corners. :)
Maybe some prefer if a player has one stat that outshines the other, this one is the complete opposite. He's great on everystat and very good on Pace and dribbling.

I was undoubtedly going to take tonali from swaps, as I used every one of his cards last year and they were exceptional, this card was no different. I will get the negatives out of the way first, his agility is not what the stat says and he is a bit of a truck, yet despite this he is able to make lungbursting runs all game and just barge through players. That being said, when he gets into an attacking postion in front on goal, his 74 finishing is not the greatest. It took him 50 games to score his first goal as a box to box midfielder in a mixture of champs, qualis and rivals. His Defending is absolutely elite, he is paired in my midfield with the new Bellegarde WW sbc, and they are like two peas in a pod, they seem to just work perfectly together, with tonali being a btb midfielder and bellegarde being a stay back. He intercepts most things, goes flying into challenges, and in the 60 games that i have used him for, only gotten 2 yellow cards surprisingly and his strength is impeccable, but defending is absolutely outstanding with a shadow chem style. His passing is the stat that is a lie though, it is just different, he is able to make passes that i would never think humanly possible and he makes it look easy, short pass or long pass, he can do it all. All in all, the best option from swaps as he is a brilliant all round midfielder with some terrific links such as bennacer, dest, leao, maldini and my grandma.

Best CDM I have used

He is a lockdown CDM. I have played him as CDM, but right now I play him as a CM but with stay back on attack and he plays the role perfect. He is an absolute tank in the midfield.
