My review of Tolisso

Did this SBC with my remaining fodder when I needed a cm, I picked up this card thinking highs of his 5 star Weakfoot but I was terribly wrong, this guys passing was awful compared to anything I've seen lost an awful amount of champ games because of him then put him on the reserves until a new SBC released.
