after having the coins to try out different icons and heroes i tried this beast and holy shit! He can bang in goals with the outside foot from anywhere and has the strengt and pace to keep off or run away form any defender. considering the new meta is lengthy i believe this is one of the best cards for that meta if u slap an anchor or marksman on him. He is just under 2 mil but oh boy is he cheap compared to what he can do that i believe others like Eto, Eusebio and others.HE CAN DO IT ALL + SOME MORE.
a big pluss is the 5 star skillmoves which helps out in many situations

only con is maybe the 85 pace if u like really fast strikers but it can be fixed with the anchor chem style and considering hes lengthy it isnt a huge problem.
This review comes from a Div 3 - 11 win in FUT Champs player. I use a Hunter on Cantona and play him in a 4231 as a get in behind striker but now primarily in a 4321 as more hold up.
Having played with Cantona for near 300 games, I think I would be able to have a good idea of what he is good at and what he's bad at. The main issue with Cantona when looking at him is his price and whether he is worth 1 million coins and from that you have to compare him to players such as Mbappe, Leao and others in around his price ranch but primarily Mbappe who is 300K cheaper. Long story short, he is worth 1mil, sometimes, it all depends on the gameplay and how responsive you like your strikers, his 5* skills are crucial cause without those he would be worth more around Prime Drogba but due to this he can be very very annoying for opposing players.
On the whole, he is an incredible Striker who is very meta on New Gen due to his strength, height and speed which make him jammy and hard to play against but when compared to Mbappe and even Hugo Sanchez's TOTY card he can feel VERY clunky especially in poor gameplay.
Strength - He is freakishly strong, with 90 strength, his height at 6'2, and his HUGE body in game, it can become really hard for him to be knocked off the ball especially against weaker/smaller centre backs or midfielders. This strength also gives him his 'jammyness' due to his size and strength there are times where he will just not be tackled off the ball or regain possession quickly, making him very very annoying to defend against, especially with balls in behind where he will glitch ahead of some centre backs, all in all this strength is his biggest attribute.
Finishing - His finishing is simply amazing, with 88 finishing and 92 shot power with 4* weak foot and the traits of Outside foot and chip shot his finishing is usually super consistent, however, when off-balanced he can miss easily, this due to his balance. His volleys and long shots are also impressive. 94 Composure also is quite nice! His weak foot usually is not an issue due to the base finishing stats and heading is always superb.
Pace - He is also very quick for his size. His pace is highly underrated as it only stands at 85 but with a Hunter or making him lengthy, Cantona can really pick up speed and can cause issues as a striker who gets in behind but comparing him to Mbappe and others he is not THAT type of quick.
Passing - Really underrated and allows him to be very good in build-up as a drop-in striker in a 4321 and with his strength you can bounce it off him and he can pass those driven passes well.
Dribbling / Responsiveness - This is his big flaw as a large striker, his agility and responsiveness. If the game is slow and the gameplay poor, it can make him feel like a 4x4 and this is really prevalent where someone like Mbappe for less would excel and would be usable. When gameplay is good, he can feel very good especially with R1 dribbling but players like Mbappe and others can feel a lot more responsive and less clunky. His 5* skills are a life saver and make him 10x the card he could have been with his 'low' agility of 83 and balance at 84. Cantona's reactions and other dribbling stats outside of Agility and Balance are very impressive but cannot save him from being clunky when gameplay is poor and therefore his biggest and most obvious weakness is his responsiveness.
