Need this to be evo-able soon, or a new special card. Had this card starting for me since it's release & swapped him out for Xhaka HM. I am getting rid of Ice Hradecky who is woeful & I am bringing in Cech. So, for chem reasons I am bringing Rice back in. He was always solid. Just needs better pace, dribbling & passing at this stage of the game.
