If you say this pick is unfair then you should ask for every single flash sbc to be removed too. This is not different to first come first serve or stores giving first comers rewards. It isn't fair and it never has been. Also it's just one player and if you can't defend against him then I think you should watch some more jockey tutorials

On the sbc was written 3 days not 20 min first and the flash sbc is not called for a reason flash
