Wait you can evo him even more?! And get him to 4 play styles? Am I right or wrong please help

It's not worth it anyways. The "normal" 99 has way better stats, but the other one gets 2 more play styles like relentless plus. But I'd rather save that evo and chain some other play so that I have 2 99s/98s in my team this early on, rather than have Howley with 4 play styles and worse stats.
