bro, someone evoed their base tell up to 86 and, since EA is great, the 86 rttf got in the game and people who already had his base item basically got this card for free. when you Evo a player, you basically are giving a new skin to a card but in programming it's still his base, so those who evoed base tella to his 86 Evo version got the same rating upgrade. 74+12=86, 86+12=98
