Yes. I packed him untradeable so I'm not trying to inflate his price or anything BUT if you got this card you pretty much settled at CDM and CM until the end of the game. He's actually unreal. But you have to remember as good a card as he is you have to play the right way as just being a TOTY doesn't automatically mean no matter what you do he's broken.
