Played him for some time now and this is how I think you can get the most out of him: he's not suited for a a setup with 2 cdm or cms, so either play him in a 3-man-midfielder or in a more forward position. I love him as cf in 4411, he will appear as 2nd striker, fall back and genuinely will dictate the offensive play. He's obviously outstanding in terms of dribbling and passing with both feet, but what makes him special is his ai movement and positioning. He's always in the right spot for cheeky little passes, which helps a lot to break down the omnipresent park the bus-defenses
