yes! if you do something which violates Ea regulations, you will be banned! if Ea removed a SBC pack after few min and so deprived me of the right to be able to draw Messi - deprived, cause this Sbc pack was usually released for few days and not for minutes! so what other way can I describe it? or what would you say?
